A wedge of lime and mint helps make the perfect Rekorderlig strawberry and lime

Summer for me is a combination of good weather, days out and spending time with family and friends. And for me, all of the above means it’s a good excuse to have a drink (responsibly). One of my favourite cider brands, Rekorderlig, has parted their wisdom with me to see if I can perfectly serve a Strawberry & Lime Rekorderlig – my favourite flavour! If you're wanting to do the same, you're going to have to get some mint leaves, lime wedges and plenty of ice!

If you had seen my Instagram post from last week, you’ll have noticed that the box of goodies Rekorderlig sent to me included a beard I’m far too envious of as I can’t grow one myself. Jealousy aside, it’s all part of their new campaign to celebrate the launch of their new
